Blueprint Robotics  is a custom off site building manufacturing plant located in Baltimore’s Canton Industrial Park. Urban Design Group was the architect for the shell and the interor fit out from concept design to construction administration.

169,000 sq ft 5900 Holabird Ave
182,000 sq ft 6000 Holabird Ave

5900 and 6000 Holabird Avenue are two of the warehouses in Duke Realty’s Chesapeake Commerce Campus located in Baltimore’s Canton Industrial park.  Urban Design Group was the architect for 6000 Holabird shell and the interor fit outs for both buildings while also serving as the permit expediter.

 

Planned using design principles that placed an emphasis on urbanism and sustainability, the project has now become an attractive and charming destination for its current and future tenants.

Urban Design Group was afterwards consulted again to design a bus shelter for 6000 Holabird avenue which will ease transportation services for it’s many employees.

An approximately 87,000 SF warehouse located in southeast Baltimore in the Canton Industrial Area, this warehouse was built in the 1900s. A previously underutilized industrial asset, Urban Design Group was chosen as the architect to repurpose the site for use in modern day manufacturing and distribution. 

UDG worked closely alongside the client to restore and improve the existing warehouse and maximize the rentable interior area.
